Signing Up

The sign up process includes four steps:

  1. Create An Account 
  2. Complete your User Profile  
  3. Add a kitchen 
  4. Add a grease trap

Create an account

Kitchen managers can go to the website and click the ‘Sign Up’ button in top right corner. 

If you're a service provider, please go to

Enter email and password and click ‘Create Account’ to create a user account. Your password must be at least 10 digits.  

Complete User Profile

Your profile is the how we contact you. This is your personal information rather than the name of the business. You can create one profile for multiple businesses.

Complete your user profile by adding your First name, Last name, and Contact phone number, Country, Time zone, and Preferred Language.

Note that ideally the contact phone number entered here should be for the individual signing up, rather than the restaurant/premises (you will give a contact number for the restaurant in the next step).

Add kitchen details

Next, you’ll add your business with a kitchen to your account.

  • The name should be the Restaurant’s name or trading name. If you have multiple restaurants to add, this name will be used to distinguish between them.
  • The telephone number should be the contact number for that address/premises.
  • If you have multiple addresses/premises, you will be able to add more later.

After completing your address, click the ‘Save and Continue’ button. 

Add a grease trap

The final step is to register your grease trap/interceptor.  

You must select the category, input details about the location of the grease trap and it’s size. 

If you do not know these details contact your local Fats, Oils, and Grease program manager. 

Select ‘Save and Continue’. This will bring you to your Kitchen details page. 

Don't have a grease trap?

If you do not have a grease trap/interceptor, select ‘Don’t have a grease trap’. 

Select "Yes" in the 'Are you sure?' window to be redirected to your Kitchen details page.
